The Entire Process Was Educational Feb 19, 2026

After quite a bit of research and filtering out the noise, I contacted Drexler Law to assist me with a full estate plan including drafting a somewhat complex trust to protect my family. The entire process was educational and the team of attorneys and staff (from reception to the lead attorney) were exceptional! I was confused about trusts, but the attorneys explained both the advantages and disadvantages of a trust. After sitting through a presentation by another local law firm, beware of any lawyer or firm that just crams a trust down your throat as if a trust is the only device to help protect you and your family. It's far more complicated than that, and the costs of a trust usually help the attorney more. While we utilized a trust for a portion of my estate, we also took advantage of some other estate planning strategies. Because the firm also litigates probate cases for families, they obviously have seen how incomplete estate plans can leave those families way worse off. I have already referred my brother and sister to Drexler Law to make sure their estate plans are done correctly! I really am glad I found the firm.
